The kitchen extension & Modular Classroom installation was carried out by Seddon Property Services during the Summer of 2019. Gilks’ in-house Mechanical team carried out the Design, strip-out of the existing services and installation of Electrical, Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control, Data, Domestic hot & cold water, kitchen ventilation and drainage services within the newly built kitchen. Mains M&E and drainage services were also installed to the Modular Classroom building
The project was completed on time and within the budget.
