Training & Recruitment
Training is a principle part of our business, and begins with the people we recruit. From Apprentices to Engineers, a structured induction program is in place to support all new employees.
During employment we ensure that regular training is carried out with all of our workforce in areas such as PASMA Towers, IPAF equipment and Emergency First Aid.
Specialist training may be required to carry out a specific job role, such as Airfield Lighting and this again will be reviewed and renewed on the recommended basis.
Our commitment to the training and development of our employees ensures that we have a stable workforce, many employees have been with the company for a number of years and work well within the team to provide customer satisfaction.
We know that unless we invest in the development of our people, we cannot continue to set market leading standards of quality and service.
We regularly recruit employees on our Apprenticeship training scheme, as it is often the most appropriate way to ensure we have a reliable field of electrical staff available.
