The project was the second phase of a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) at Tattenhall, Chester, which included 56 Assisted Living Units (ALU), arranged within on central main facility building. The building includes a restaurant, Artisan Bakery, private cinema room, spa, gym, hairdressers, management suite and swimming pool.
Assisted Living units and communal area facilities include LED dimmable lighting, Flat plate accessories, fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, addressable fire alarm system, Warden call systems, private telephone network and mobile PDA’s, internal and external Wi-Fi systems, CCTV, Access control and Emergency Lighting.
Our brief was to design, supply and install the electrical and specialist services to the new development, utilising the latest in LED technology lighting and controls within all the ALU’s and communal areas. By working in close partnership with the Main Contractor, the completion of the development was achieved to meet the clients program.
