Manor Hall Trauma Centre
The project was for the conversion of a derelict Grade B listed building dating from 1820 to a centre for the specialist assessment and treatment of psychological trauma.
The project was designed and installed in partnership with the client, conservation officer and main contractor to their specification, and included lighting and power, emergency lighting, external lighting, fire alarm system, television & satellite, Staff Attack/Nurse Call system, Testing & Commissioning. The installation was particularly challenging as we worked within the existing floor and wall voids to minimise any damage to the listed features.
Manor Hall is a listed property within a conservation area, and as contractors we had an obligation to ensure that the development preserved the character and appearance of the premises and the surrounding conservation area.
We are extremely pleased with our completed works with Seddon Construction.
