Scope: To design, supply, install, test and commission the following systems:
Distribution, supply and sub-main cabling, under floor busbar installation, general and emergency lighting, external car park lighting, small power, mechanical supplies, fire alarm, disabled alarm, data / CCTV containment systems.

Implementation: Construction of prestigious office accommodation for Redrow Commercial Developments, Manchester. Gilks developed and installed the electrical design which evolved from the client’s performance specification/requirements.
