Scope: Two new prestigious office developments in Stockport fully designed and built to the clients performance specifications. The project comprised of: general lighting; power; fire alarms; emergency lighting; mechanical wiring.

Gilks adopted a partnering approach to value engineering enabling a cost value review of all solutions to ensure best value, without compromising the client’s brief. The total contract was delivered on budget and within the client’s tight timescales.
