Scope: National Measured Term Contract for electrical design, installation, testing & commissioning within operational Telephone Exchange Buildings – geographical areas include Scotland, Wales and North England.

Implementation: Works comprise the execution of a programme of installation and / or recovery works, including the production or updating of Hevacomp design data files and Drawings.

Work scope includes main and sub-main distribution systems, communication rack lighting and supplies, heating and ventilation supplies, VESDA detection, monitoring, inspection and testing.

Works are undertaken in a highly secure and sensitive environment and are measured against key performance indicators, to the complete satisfaction of the client.
